THE DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE:
I am very pleased to write an article about Mukono Junior School – Bajjo on this website. We thank you very much indeed for the support you render to this school. We highly treasure the contributions you make towards the growth of MUKONO JUNIOR SCHOOL - BAJJO.

Mukono Junior School - Bajjo celebrated her seventeenth year this February 2025. We are happy with the future and prosperity of our school. The establishment of our school brought relief to parents of the community of Seeta - Bajjo. They just drop their children at the school and our elegant teachers duly receive them early in the morning. They do not waste time and fuel to move kilometers looking for schools. Mukono Junior is already good for all our clients. I can only say the location of the school is really convenient. Old children can commute from home to school on a daily basis.

The school has a sound and reliable academic background that is supported by dynamic and professional proprietors and members of staff. The competent and potential staff guides learners in the areas of academics, morals, and co-curricular activities in order to bring up holistic individuals. It is on this basis that Mukono Junior School - Bajjo has tremendously grown into a strong school in terms of academic growth. We have a wonderful school culture that promotes learners' critical thinking, collaboration, and communication through group work, projects, scientific experiments, and practical lessons. We are proud of our trustworthy parents and pupils.

It is evident that our school has produced very good results in the seventeen years. The performance of the candidate classes we have had so far shows it all. Most of these old boys and girls joined the most competitive secondary schools of this country. Some of our old boys and girls get scholarships either due to academic excellence or co-curricular achievements. Many of the mentioned old students do Science courses at different universities because we invest in scientific experiments.

The secret behind this wonderful performance lies in uniformity, team work, participative management, and collective responsibility. The involvement of all stakeholders like parents, learners, and teachers has made our work easier. A sense of belongingness, responsibility, and direction has always been inculcated amongst our staff. This has given them enthusiasm to work harder towards attaining of our goals.

We have a lot of hope in upbringing all-round pupils that can have focus on their future careers, national development, and be able to live peacefully with others in this world that has become a global village. The essence of confidence development, hard work, and positive decision-making is splendid in our school as we educate the young roots of our society. We encourage them to develop self-reliance and esteem as they carry out their day-to-day activities.

Learning is a process and that is why we start stimulating the child’s cognitive, psychomotor, and effective domains as the way to excellence at an early age. If children imitate the teacher or headmaster at home, then you can tell there is learning taking place at the school!

We are proud to say that we have instituted a culture that comprises many systems and the entire school is now moving in the same right direction. The well-stocked library has also helped us to excel and register various academic achievements. I want to assure you that our culture is unique.

We ensure that learners study in a conducive environment by putting displays and other instructional materials in their classes. Their participation in the making of learning materials and preparation for practical work has helped them to adapt to the culture and probably grasp the factual concepts at class level.

The element of discipline is not left out. We train learners to grow up as useful and law-abiding citizens. This is done by the combined effort of all members of staff and parents. Teamwork has helped us attain the desired discipline in the school. The Prefects’ Council supplements the teachers’ efforts to instill discipline. “No undisciplined child can produce excellent results and no undisciplined person can be successful.”

Mukono Junior School - Bajjo treasures to model learners right from the early age and that is why we started a pre-school known as “Super Heroe’s Pre-School”. Children that are between 3 – 5 years are admitted in this section. The miracle in this section is that learners can ably learn how to read, write, and comprehend at that early age. This helps them not to have deficiencies when they join P.1. A lot of emphasis is put on developing their social, intellectual, and psycho-motor skills.

Finally, Mukono Junior School - Bajjo has come up with a noble cause to avail first-class academic levels to young stars of this nation and beyond. I confirm that these standards will be upheld like it has been since the inception in 2008. For sure, this school has been proved to be feasible and economically affordable by parents since school fees are quite pocket-friendly.

We have also established a boarding section for a few learners that come from far although we are building and we shall expand it in the near future. Children in this section are fed well and looked after as if they are in their homes.

Once again, I wish you a nice time as you read this message on our school website and analyze the potentiality of our learners and the wider perspective of the school. Our commitment to serve has no bounds; the sky is no longer a limit. Just bring your child to Mukono Junior School - Bajjo and you will not regret.
